Rich roast red pepper

6 red peppers -- halved deseeded
2 garlic cloves
50 g breadcrumbs
600 ml vegetable stock
1 tsp paprika
Place 6 halved deseeded red peppers and 2 garlic cloves under the grill
until charred. Seal the peppers in a bag for 5 mins then slip off the skins.
Squeeze the garlic out of its skin. Blend everything in a food processor
with 50g breadcrumbs600 ml vegetable stock and 1 tsp paprika. Warm to serve.
