Vegetable Feta Patties

1 cup grated carrot
1 cup grated zucchini
1 large egg
1/4 cup whole wheat flour -- (or less)
1/4 cup feta cheese -- crumbled
1 tablespoon curry powder
salt and pepper -- to taste
Mix wet ingredients. Add spices.
Add enough of the flour so that the ingredients stick together.
Form into patties in frying pan using spatula. Fry until brown, then flip
and brown the other side.
These freeze well after they have been cooked.
