Greek Olive and Onion Spread

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove -- peeled and minced
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
8 ounces feta cheese
4 ounces cream cheese -- softened
2 1/2 tablespoons kalamata olives -- pitted and minced
2 tablespoons minced green onion
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
To serve: -- crackers

PLACE oil, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic and hot sauce in food processor; cover. Process 30 sec. or until garlic is pureed and mixture is well blended. Or just put the minced garlic in the dip when finished for a few crunchy bits of flavor.
ADD cheeses; cover. Process until well blended. Transfer to bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover.
REFRIGERATE several hours. Serve with the crackers.

Serves 20 one-tablespoon servings (Makes about 1 1/4 cups)
