1 lb Velveeta
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 3/4 C water
16 oz picante sauce
2 c uncooked elbow macaroni
Brown the beef and drain most of the fat. Add the water, the picante sauce,
and the pasta, cover, and cook over low heat about 10 minutes until
the pasta is tender. Add the cubed Velveeta and heat until the cheese has
melted.
Description:
"One pan stovetop meal in only half an hour. Very simple to prepare. This is
my adaptation of a recipe off a box of Velveeta."
