1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup oregano
1/4 cup red dried pepper
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt -- to taste
Freshly ground black pepper -- to taste
Mix the ingredients in the above order.
When cool, put in a closed jar and store in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
Makes 2 cups (8 one-quarter cup servings)
Remember that Argentines add their sauces after they cook, not before.
