2 tablespoons fennel seeds
2 tablespoons crushed dried lemon grass
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
Combine herbs in a spice grinder or coffee grinder. Grind herbs to a fine
powder, bottle in an airtight container, and label. Store in a cool, dry
place. Use within 6 months.
Yields about 1/2 cup.
