8 ounces salmon
2 cups water
1 ounce pickling spice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
seasoning salt to taste

Poach salmon in pickling spice and water. Chill and flake meat. Whip cream until very stiff, add salmon, paprika and seasoning salt.
