  2                     zucchini -- peeled and chopped
     1/4           cup  tahini paste
  2        tablespoons  fresh lemon juice
  2                     garlic cloves
  1         tablespoon  za'atar
                        Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients and puree in a food processor.
MAKES 1 PINT
AuthorNote: Chickpeas and tahini together in the same recipe are a no-no
in food combining. Here is a lighter, more digestible hummus recipe.
