My Favorite Hummus

1 can (16oz) garbanzo beans, drained
2 1/2 TBSP white sesame seeds
4 cloves garlic, peeled
1 lemon, juice only
1/3 C EVOO - recommend Central Market imported Tuscan
1/8 tsp ground white pepper

Combine the ingredients in a food processor fitted with the metal chopping
blade. It works best if you put the sesame seeds in first, then the garlic,
lemon juice, white pepper, and olive oil, and add the beans last, so the
sesame seeds won't fly to the top of the processing bowl.
Process until smooth; taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Store
refrigerated.
