2 cups raisins
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup capers
1 pinch chile flakes
1 sprig fresh rosemary -- strip the leaves
2 sprigs fresh oregano -- strip the leaves
1/2 cup Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients up to olive oil in food processor. With machine
running drizzle in oil. Season to taste.
Makes 3 cups (12 one-quarter cup servings)
