                         Potsticker Brown Sauce 1

  1                cup  chik'n broth
  3        Tablespoons  black soy sauce -- or mushroom soy sauce
  1         Tablespoon  regular soy sauce -- or Kikkoman
  2        Tablespoons  dry sherry
  6                     garlic cloves -- crushed and minced
  3        Tablespoons  finely minced fresh ginger
  1         Tablespoon  sugar
  1         Tablespoon  sesame oil
  1           teaspoon  freshly ground white pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring
to dissolve the sugar. Set aside or refrigerate in a tightly covered
container.

Makes about 2 cups (8 one-quarter cup servings)
