1 large Spanish onion
1 jalapeno pepper
1 bunch cilantro
2 cloves fresh garlic -- chopped
1 lime
1 Dash salt
1 Dash pepper



Dice all of the ingredients (except lime). Mix together. Squeeze juice of one whole lime. Add salt and pepper to taste.
