  2              large  tomatoes -- peeled, very finely chopped
  1                cup  parsley -- finely chopped
  2                     onions -- finely chopped
  1                     cubanelle peppers -- discard the seeds, chopped
  1              small  onion -- finely chopped
  4        tablespoons  extra virgin olive oil -- (4 to 5)
  1         tablespoon  pomegranate paste -- or grenadine syrup or sumac
  1           teaspoon  dry mint
     1/2      teaspoon  Turkish isot pepper -- or red pepper flakes
                        Salt
                        Pepper

Mix all the ingredients in a service bowl. Put aside for 15 minutes
(tastes better this way), then serve with any kind of Kebab.

Serves 4 as a starter
