  2        tablespoons  gochujang -- (Korean red pepper paste)
  2        tablespoons  apple cider vinegar
  1         tablespoon  water
  2          teaspoons  sesame oil
  1         tablespoon  honey -- or 3-5 drops liquid stevia
In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until fully
incorporated.
Makes 1/2 CUP (8 one-tablespoon servings)
This is a much coveted spicy recipe for the 
traditional Korean bibimbap, a rice and vegetable dish (see page 170). It
also makes a good dip for stearmed vegetables, such as steamed zucchini
ears.
