                     Raw Mexican Corn Chowder - Detox

  4               cups  fresh corn kernels
  1                     avocado -- pitted, peeled, and chopped
     1/2         bunch  cilantro -- (plus extra reserved for garnish)
  1                     garlic clove
     1/2                jalapeno -- cored and seeded
  1           teaspoon  cumin
  2        tablespoons  fresh lime juice
  1 1/2           cups  water -- as needed Salt and pepper, to taste
  1                     scallion -- finely chopped for garnish

Puree the corn, avocado. cilantro. garlic, jalapeno, cumin, and lime juice
in a high-speed blender, adding up to 1 1/2 cups of water as needed for
desired consistency. Add salt and pepper as desired. Garnish with chopped
scallions and fresh cilantro. 

Serves 4
