                      Greg's Hawaiian Teriyaki Sauce

     1/2           cup  soy sauce
     1/2           cup  sugar
  1              clove  garlic
     1/2      teaspoon  ground dried ginger
 
 
In a saucepan, on medium heat, combine soy sauce and sugar . Stir and heat
until sugar is melted.
Mash the garlic (with the bottom of a clean flat glass). Add the garlic
and ginger to sauce. Bring sauce to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit
till just warm.
Use to marinate [favorites] 10 minutes before cooking.
 
Makes 1 cup

baked tofu, grilled vegetable kabobs, etc.
