Praline Peach Pie

1 unbaked 9-inch single pie crust
3 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups chopped peaches
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat the oven to 375F.

Place the piecrust in a 9-inch pie plate; finish the edges.

In a large bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, and corn syrup and beat to blend. add the vanilla, sugar, and flour and beat until smooth. Gently fold in the peaches and pecans, then pour into the pie crust.

Bake for 10 minutes at 375F, then lower the temperature to 325F and bake for 40 minutes or until the pie is set.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
